Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Lehra Flow (the “service”). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.
1. The service
Lehra Flow is a web app for practising rhythm with lehra (nagma) loops, a tanpura and instrument sounds, and for drawing and sharing your own lehras. Access requires an account and an active plan.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your password private. Do not share your account.
- An account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in elsewhere signs the earlier device out.
- We may suspend accounts that are shared, abused or used to copy the library.
3. Plans and payment
- Plans are one-time payments for a fixed number of days. They do not renew automatically.
- Payment is made by UPI (India) or Wise (outside India, in US dollars) and activated after we verify your payment screenshot. Activation is usually within a few hours but is not instant.
- Days you buy while a plan is active are added to the days you have left.
- The trial plan can be bought once per account. Prices may change for future purchases; days you have already paid for are not affected.
- Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
4. Content you create
- You keep the rights to the lehras you create. You confirm you have the right to upload them.
- Every lehra you save is shared. By saving a lehra you agree that it becomes part of the library and is visible and playable by all other subscribers, with your username shown as the author. You grant Lehra Flow a non-exclusive licence to store and show it for as long as it remains in the library. There is no private option.
- You may delete your own lehras at any time. Deleted lehras can be restored by the admin for a limited time.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content. We may remove it.
5. Our content
The software, design, sound recordings, library lehras and text are protected by copyright. See Copyright & licence. You may use them to practise, but not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute them.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
Contact and support
Support and feedback happen in the Lehra Flow WhatsApp community. After your plan is first activated, you are added to it using the phone number on your account, so keep that number correct. If you have not paid yet, there is nothing to contact us about: choose a plan and you will be added.
