Privacy Policy

This explains what Lehra Flow collects and why. We keep it deliberately small.

What we collect

  • Account: your username (saved exactly as you typed it), a salted hash of your password (we cannot read your password), your phone number (required; the admin uses it to add you to the WhatsApp community after payment) and, if you give it, your email.
  • Plan and payments: your plan, expiry date and payment records, including the payment screenshot you upload. A screenshot can show your name and UPI details, so crop it to the payment confirmation if you like.
  • Your lehras and favourites. Lehras are shared with all subscribers, so they are visible to them with your username as author.
  • Practice time: how long you play a lehra each day, used for your streak and total hours. This is private to you unless you switch on the leaderboard in your profile. Then only your username and practice time are shown publicly, and you can switch it off at any time.
  • Sign-in records: your last sign-in time and the browser type of your current session, used to keep one device signed in.
  • YouTube: the home page embeds a demo video from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you press play.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes requests and IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

What we do not do

  • No advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics and no selling of data.
  • The only cookies we set are strictly necessary sign-in cookies. Your theme and draft lehra are stored in your browser's local storage on your device.

How we use it

To run your account, verify payments, show author names on lehras, prevent account sharing and abuse, and support you in the WhatsApp community.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Cloudflare (D1 database and Workers) and is protected in transit with HTTPS. Only the admin can see payment screenshots.

Retention and your choices

  • Payment records are kept for accounting and dispute purposes.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete your account and personal data; we will do so unless we must keep payment records by law.
  • Lehras you published stay in the library with your username unless you ask for them to be removed or delete them yourself.

Children

The service is meant for users who can pay by UPI or Wise. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's consent.

Contact and support

Support and feedback happen in the Lehra Flow WhatsApp community. After your plan is first activated, you are added to it using the phone number on your account, so keep that number correct. If you have not paid yet, there is nothing to contact us about: choose a plan and you will be added.
